First stop is a new logo for our new and expanded services in Colorado. We now not only offer real estate services to residential buyers and sellers but investors and commercial services as well.

Do you need a loan? We offer that service too! We have also expanded our services to the Florida real estate and the loan market.

Growing, growing, growing!

But first...let's tell you a little bit about our company and where we started. My husband and I started out as Discovery Homes Colorado in 2005. We built the house we live in from the ground up in 2004 and loved the process from there Discovery Homes Colorado was born. We scraped several houses in the Denver Metro area until the market crash in 2008 with little ones at home we took a break from the building, but in 2010 I chose to dive back into the housing market with a Colorado real estate license.

Having grown up in a building and real estate household when I was young, my father always told me I should get my real estate license. I've been servicing the Denver metro area for 10+ years. In 2020, I decided to make a change and enter the lending world. It gave me an invaluable resource into the real estate market. There was so much I didn't know about the loan process that has now become an integral part of the services we offer at DHC Properties. We are the whole package from start to finish. Just this year we expanded our services to the great state of Florida as well. Real estate and lending in the warm and sunny state of Florida is a new niche we are creating in our company, but with that addition the company name needed to change.

After much soul-searching we wanted to keep the DHC in our name so we shortened it and added "Properties" so we could branch out in any market.

In my spare time design and decorating are a passion of mine. I've remodeled a few kitchen and baths as well as a laundry room and built a few pole barns out our way.

I've made custom wood signs and custom décor pieces for our home as well as gifts for others. From buying and selling to custom creations and decorating ideas we have all you need to make your house a home.
