How much needs to be done before I put my house on the market?
A lot of people get caught up here. They worry that everything must be perfect, new, and spotless before listing, but this is not always the case. Talk with us to understand what to prioritize before listing your home. Remember: if a buyer wants everything perfect, they would be building a new construction home from the ground up.
How much is my house worth?
This is the most important question you want to know, right!! We do this for a living, but you can start researching even before we meet. Look at recently sold homes in your area with similar size and year built as your house. This will help give you an idea or target listing price before going into our meeting.

What's the best time to sell my house?
Usually it's spring time! Buyers are able to get out and look at properties in the spring and summer, and it's an easier time to move. April, May, and June is when you will see homes go on the market, so be prepared if you plan to sell this year and get in touch with us ahead of time.
