What's the first step of the home buying process?
The first stop in the home buying process is get pre-approved for a mortgage. Don't know where to start? We'll walk you through the process of figuring out how much you qualify for.
How many homes should I see before making an offer?
You should see as many as you need to ensure you find the perfect home. On average, home buyers will look at hundreds of homes online, but will see around 10 homes in person before writing an offer. Click here to start your home search.

Here at DHC Properties we will help walk you through writing an offer on your dream home, and then we will handle the negotiations for you.
How do I know if the property is a good deal?
While you can never know how much a home is worth exactly, we have the training and knowledge to use comparable properties to determine accurate pricing of homes. We will look at recently sold homes in the area that are similar to the one you are buying to ensure you are paying a fair price.
