Market Stats for January 2025

We are well into 2025 and looking forward to the real estate year ahead. With rates still too elevated for many homebuyers what will the selling season bring this year. We track the market stats from month to month and new listings are up for January. Now that the holidays are behind us it looks like the market is on the move with an increase in new listing of over 1500 from December to January in the Denver Metro Area however the average days a property is listed in the MLS is up over December by 4 days.
